By committing to this deep work of release and transformation, I was able to forge a path to self-love and true alignment.

With over 25 years of experience as a nurse, I’ve dedicated my career to holding space for others with compassion and skill. Today, I bridge that clinical foundation to a path of spiritual and energetic transformation.

As a Certified Soul Coach and a 2025 graduate of Soundwise School of Harmonic Therapy as a Certified Sound Practitioner, I integrate my professional background with these sacred tools to offer a grounded approach to personal evolution, bringing my training into a unified approach to transformation.
